Every client acquires a Sovereign Cyber Licence, an annual, non-transferable entitlement issued under export-control regulations. Pricing scales by band (clearance level and support offering) and by seats (humans, servers, or cluster nodes).
All final quotations are generated as highly individualized, personal offerings valid for 10 business days. There are no monthly subscriptions, no discounts, and no public price lists other than rough estimates and cost indicators.

No. Band A/B/C licences are annual entitlements under export-control law. Public SaaS tiers remain available for non-classified use. This schedule applies only to clients requiring increased security or fully sovereign data handling.
Over-run triggers an immediate true-up invoice at the band's per-seat rate, plus interest at ECB Main Refinancing Rate + 800 bps. Access is suspended until payment is received.
Upgrades are subject to supervisory authority approval and may require additional security vetting. Band upgrades are processed under a new facility clearance application and do not pro-rate the current licence year.
Special Modules are non-refundable once activated. They remain active for the full licence year and are renewed automatically unless cancelled 90 days before expiry.
Annual entitlement is payable in advance within 10 calendar days of invoice. Late payment accrues interest at ECB Main Refinancing Rate + 800 bps. Access is suspended until payment is received.
